William T. Ward, Jr. CFP®

Mr. Ward is a Partner in Ward & Associates, a firm he co-founded in 1996.

For the past sixteen years Mr. Ward has assisted high net worth individuals, families, and their related entities in identifying and achieving their financial objectives. He provides advice on a diverse range of subject areas including estate planning, charitable giving, taxation, real estate, risk management and retirement planning. He is also responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of client investment portfolios.

Mr. Ward is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. CFP® licensees are required to meet the CFP Board’s rigorous education, examination and experience requirements. CFP® licensees have also agreed to adhere to the Board’s Code of Ethics, Rules of Conduct and Financial Planning Practice Standards.

Mr. Ward is also an investment advisor representative and has passed the Series 65, Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination.

Mr. Ward serves on the Investment Committee of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego, the Investment Committee of the Diocese of San Diego and San Bernardino Priests Pension Plan, and is a member of the Finance Council of St. Therese of Carmel Parish. He is also a member of the Good Guys of Morgan Run, an organization that provides financial assistance to injured U.S. Marines.

Mr. Ward is a member of the TD Ameritrade Institutional Advisor Panel.

Mr. Ward graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1989.
